Seasonal vegetables and fruits are the foundation, supplemented by our year-round microgreens, living lettuce, herbs, and handcrafted sourdough bread. Depending on your box size, you may also receive farm eggs, raw honey, and specialty add-ons. We share a "what's in the box this week" preview in your dashboard before each delivery cutoff so you can plan your meals.

Yes, absolutely. You are in complete control of your subscription. Log in to your customer dashboard, navigate to "My Subscriptions," and you can pause deliveries for a set period or cancel entirely — no phone calls required. Pauses take effect immediately for future billing cycles. If you pause after the weekly cutoff, the current cycle's order will still be processed and delivered before the pause begins.

We currently deliver within the greater metro area and surrounding communities within approximately 50 miles of the farm. Delivery is scheduled on specific days by zip code to ensure your produce arrives at peak freshness. Enter your zip code at checkout to confirm availability in your area. We are expanding routes regularly — if we don't serve your area yet, join our waitlist and we'll notify you when we do.

Gift cards can be redeemed at checkout. Once you have items in your cart, proceed to checkout and enter your gift card code in the "Gift Card / Promo Code" field. The balance will be applied automatically. If your order total is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance stays on the card for your next purchase. Every purchase earns you loyalty points. The more you buy, the higher your tier — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — each with increasing point multipliers, order discounts, and free shipping thresholds. Yes. We supply restaurants, cafes, specialty grocery stores, and other food businesses with fresh farm produce at wholesale pricing. Wholesale accounts receive volume-based pricing tiers, flexible payment terms, and dedicated account management. We grow using sustainable, natural farming methods and do not use synthetic pesticides or herbicides on our crops. While we are not currently USDA Certified Organic (the certification process is lengthy and costly for small farms), we operate well within organic standards and are committed to transparent growing practices. Your satisfaction is our priority. If any item arrives damaged, spoiled, or otherwise not up to standard, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right — either with a replacement, a credit toward your next order, or a full refund for the affected items.
